Guidance for Speakers

Presentations can be on a broad range of subjects. It is policy, however, to avoid the advocacy of partisan political positions or religious doctrines. Otherwise, presentations are unrestricted and may strongly reflect one's personal viewpoints--with the understanding that the presenter's remarks are off the record. A question/answer period concludes the meeting. The one-hour limitation on presentation time (including Q & A) is strictly observed.

During the Covid-19 pandemic the Forum is requesting that all speakers and guests be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. We meet on Tuesday afternoons, 12:00-2:00. Speakers are invited to join us as early as 12:00, later if necessary, but no later than 12:50. Our schedule is

12:00 to 12:30	Meet informally for casual discussion among members and guests
12:30 to 12:55	Business meeting, ending earlier as needed
12:55 to 1:00	Speaker introduction
1:00 to ~1:45	Speaker presentation
~1:45 to 2:00	Speaker Q & A
2:00	Adjourn meeting
